Review an assistant-originated renewal before human approval

GET 
/api/v1/workspaces/:id/certops/jobs/:jobId/approval-review

Session-only workspace manager/admin surface. Returns assistant origin, requester, advisory client label, connection and approval deadlines and the complete public renewal snapshot. Does not grant approval. A null review identifies an ordinary job. Accepted requests remain reviewable after their preview submission deadline. Responses must not be cached.
