End the open management period and start a new one in one step
POST/api/v1/workspaces/:id/certops/sources/:managedCertificateId/replace-management
Atomic form of stop followed by readd, used when attaching a renewal profile to a certificate that may already be managed. Requires manager permission. The stop and the new period commit together or not at all, so a refusal leaves the certificate as it was. Admission follows the readd rules. When the certificate already has an open management period, pass its id as periodId; without it (or with an ended one) the request fails with 409 CERTOPS_MANAGEMENT_ALREADY_OPEN and the body names the open period.
