Create an AD CS renewal profile
POST/api/v1/workspaces/:id/certops/profiles
Creates a renewal profile bound to a confirmed AD CS issuer. The certificate template stays on the issuer and is not accepted here. The certificate name is a DNS name. agentDeclaresName reports whether an active agent already declares that name; creation still succeeds when none does. The renewal sweep then skips that certificate and does not create an enrollment until an agent declares the name. Requires certops.renewal_profile.manage and a human session. This route does not create an ACME profile.

Issuer was not found, or it is not an AD CS issuer.
CERTOPS_PROFILE_INVALID. The body is well formed but the profile cannot be stored. This includes a key size the algorithm does not allow, more than 16 DNS names, a duplicate profile name, and an AD CS issuer that has no pinned CA certificate.
