Recipient verification

Contacts may be saved and grouped before they confirm. Cloud sends workspace email and WhatsApp alerts, digests and tests only to verified destinations; account email verification is separate. Changing a destination returns that channel to pending.

For email, select Send invitation. The recipient must accept or decline the link within 48 hours. For WhatsApp, copy the visible confirmation link and share it securely; the recipient sends the prefilled message from their own phone. Delivery receipts do not establish consent.

A declined destination stays blocked if the contact is recreated. Email recipients can request another confirmation at /verify/recipient/resubscribe; WhatsApp resubscription is not available. Temporary verification failures are retried without re-sending to recipients already reached. After a recipient confirms, retry the blocked alert channel. The worker checks current consent before sending and skips destinations that already received the alert. Workspace administrators cannot disable enforcement. See verification limits.
