Egress IP allowlisting

TokenTimer Cloud connects to your integration endpoints (self-hosted GitLab, GitHub Enterprise Server, Vault, and similar) from its own infrastructure. If those services restrict inbound traffic by IP address, add TokenTimer Cloud's static egress IP to your allowlist:

83.228.200.37

This is the static egress IP used by TokenTimer Cloud when connecting to your self-hosted integration endpoints during scans.

What needs the allowlist​

  • Integration scans against self-hosted GitLab, GitHub Enterprise Server, or Vault behind a firewall or WAF
  • Endpoint & SSL monitoring health checks against endpoints behind an IP allowlist (port 443)

Private networks​

Endpoints on private networks or with internal DNS names that do not resolve publicly are not reachable from TokenTimer Cloud, allowlist or not. To monitor private or internal endpoints, run self-hosted TokenTimer on your own network. See the self-hosted documentation.
