Revoke an operator connection

POST 
/api/v1/workspaces/:id/operator/connections/:connectionId/revoke

Session only. The owner or a workspace admin can revoke. Revocation is idempotent and takes effect before any later request can be authorized. Another member's connection is reported as not found.
