Read the workspace's assistant write setting

/api/v1/workspaces/:id/operator/settings

Session only. Reports whether assistant write requests are switched on for this workspace. Writes also need the instance flag MCP_OPERATOR_WRITES_ENABLED and a connection with the mcp:renew:request scope.
